To register as a member of the Logan Race Club, complete the folllowing form and send your annual membership fee to:

Once you complete this form, you will have access to the members-only features of the website for one month. After that, if we haven't recieved your membership fees, your account will be disabled.

If you have already sent in a membership application and your membership fees for 2004, you still need to complete this form to get an on-line account and access the member-only features of the website.

Option 1 ($35): Volunteer hours required	Requires at least 3 volunteers hours in 2005. Also, please briefly describe you volunteer service for the club in 2004. Note that eligibility for 2006 renewals at the volunteer membership rate will require that you list your 2005 hours, so please make certain to fulfill your club commitment in 2005 – THANKS!
Option 2 ($100): No volunteer hours required	I am unable to volunteer any time this year, but would still like to be a club member.
